Beatriz Infante Biography and Net Worth

Beatriz V. Infante has been a director of the Company since January 2018. Since 2009, Ms. Infante has served as Chief Executive Officer of BusinessExcelleration, a business consultancy specializing in corporate transformation and renewal. From 2010 until its acquisition by Infor in 2011, Ms. Infante was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of ENXSUITE Corporation, from 2006 until its acquisition by Voxeo Corporation in 2008, she was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of VoiceObjects Inc., and from April 2000 until October 2003, she was Chief Executive Officer and President of Aspect Communications Corporation and was additionally named Chairman in February 2001. Since May 2014, she has served on the board of directors of Liquidity Services Inc., an online marketplace for retail goods and capital assets, and currently serves as its Lead Independent Director, chair of the compensation committee, and member of the audit committee.
