John Perisich Biography and Net Worth

Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Primoris Services

Mr. Perisich was named Chief Administrative Officer in 2024 and has also served as our Chief Legal Officer since May 2013. He previously served as our Senior Vice President and General Counsel from July 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Primoris Corporation beginning in February 2006, and previous to that was Vice President and General Counsel of Primoris Corporation and its predecessor, ARB, Inc. Mr. Perisich joined ARB in 1995. Prior to joining ARB, Mr. Perisich practiced law at Klein, Wegis, a full-service law firm based in Bakersfield, California. He received a B.A. degree from UCLA in 1987, and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1991.

The Pipeline Services segment offers a range of services comprising pipeline construction, maintenance, facility, and integrity services; installation of compressor and pump stations; and metering facilities for entities in the petroleum and petrochemical industries, as well as gas, water, and sewer utilities. The company was founded in 1960 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
