George C. Moore serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Moore has served as a director of: Encapsys, LLC, a provider of custom microencapsulation services for use in the building and construction, paper, bedding, and personal and household care industries, since 2015; IPS Corporation, a provider of solvent cements and adhesives for residential, commercial and industrial use, as well as plumbing and roofing products, since 2017; Cypress Performance Group LLC, the parent holding company of Encapsys, LLC and IPS Corporation, since 2017; and Culligan International Company, a provider of residential, office, commercial and industrial water treatment products and services, since 2018.
