Tracey Newell Biography and Net Worth

Tracey E. Newell has served on our board of directors since March 2019. She has served as the chairperson of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since February 2020 and as a member of our compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee since March 2019. She currently serves as President of Informatica LLC’s Global Field Operations and is responsible for worldwide field sales, alliances, channels and sales operations, and customer success. Prior to joining Informatica, from August 2013 to June 2018, Ms. Newell was Executive Vice President of global field operations at Proofpoint. Ms. Newell also served as a member of Informatica’s board of directors from June 2016 to June 2018. Before Proofpoint, from July 2011 to August 2013, Ms. Newell was Executive Vice President, Global Sales at Polycom. She has also held sales leadership positions at Juniper Networks and at Cisco WebEx. Ms. Newell holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
