William Bock Biography and Net Worth

William G. Bock is the chairperson of our board of directors and has served on our board since 2011. He has served as a member of our compensation committee since October 2014, as a member of our nominating and corporate governance committee since November 2017, and as a member of our audit committee since November 2018. Mr. Bock has served on the board of directors of Silicon Laboratories Inc. (NASDAQ: SLAB) (“Silicon Labs”), a provider of silicon, software and solutions for the Internet of Things, internet infrastructure, industrial, consumer and automotive markets since 2011. In addition, he currently serves on the board of directors of SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI). From 2013 to his retirement in 2016, Mr. Bock served as the President of Silicon Labs. He also served Silicon Labs as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2011. Prior to joining Silicon Labs, Mr. Bock participated in the venture capital industry, principally as a partner with CenterPoint Ventures, and previously held senior executive positions with various venture-backed companies. Mr. Bock began his career with Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN). Mr. Bock holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University and an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
