Prior to that, he was at Seafield Capital Corporation, where he served as the Chairman of Board and CEO from 1993 to 1995 and as the President and CEO from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Grant also served as President and CEO of Business Men’s Assurance Company of America from 1986 to 1990.
