Mihalik spent the first nine years of his career working in Houston and London in the energy practice of Price Waterhouse.
Mihalik serves on the boards of WD-40 and Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, and is the chair of Sempra Infrastructure's board of directors. He is also a member of the Bipartisan Policy Center’s American Energy Innovation Council and the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer program.
Mihalik graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with an emphasis in finance, from Creighton University, holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rice University and is a certified public accountant.
