Kevin Mcphaill Biography and Net Worth

Kevin J. McPhaill has been a director of the Bank and of Sierra Bancorp since January 1, 2015, and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank effective April 1, 2015. Mr. McPhaill is a native and current resident of Visalia, California, and his educational background includes a bachelor's degree from Fresno Pacific University, a master's degree in business administration from Fresno State, and the successful completion of post-graduate training at the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. He has been employed by Bank of the Sierra since June 2001, starting as the regional manager of the Hanford area, then progressing to Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of the Company and the Bank in 2006, to President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank in 2014, and to his current positions on April 1, 2015. Mr. McPhaill serves as a member of the Risk, Credit and Finance and Sustainability Committees. McPhaill is involved in the local community and is active in financial education outreach efforts to primary and secondary schools in the Bank's market areas.
