Simon John Dyer was elected to serve as a member of Somnigroup International's Board of Directors effective January 1, 2022. Mr. Dyer is a beneficial equity interest holder, director and/or executive of Dyer Holdings Pty Ltd and various entities (collectively, the "Dyer Group") that have formed joint ventures (the "JVs") with indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company.
