Mr. B.Z. Tien is Vice President of Advanced Technology Engineering at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC), having been promoted to senior director of Fab 12B in January 2022. Since joining TSMC in 1998, he has focused on fab operations and the mass production of advanced process technologies.

As the leader of a TSMC GIGAFAB®, Mr. Tien plays a crucial role in the company's manufacturing excellence. Working closely with R&D organizations, he has overseen the mass production of TSMC's advanced logic process technologies, ranging from 28nm down to the leading-edge 2nm.
