Mr. Carroll joined Texas Roadhouse in August 2012 as Vice President of International to lead Texas Roadhouse’s international franchising and development activities. In 2019, he was named President of International and since has also taken on leadership of Texas Roadhouse’s Jaggers brand. Mr. Carroll will continue to oversee the Jaggers brand and Texas Roadhouse’s international franchising and development activities until his retirement from Texas Roadhouse at the end of the 2025 calendar year. Prior to joining Texas Roadhouse, he served as the acting Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President of Operations at Rosinter Restaurants Holding in Moscow, Russia.
