Dennis Howard is the Managing Director, Chief Technology, Operations and Data Officer. He oversees Schwab Technology Services (STS), which is responsible for Schwab's technology innovation, development, infrastructure, and operations. In addition to leading Schwab's technology enterprise, Howard is in charge of Project Services, which has accountability for the planning, coordination, and financial management of all company-wide projects.
