He has invested for over thirty years in the U.S. and emerging markets, including over twenty years in Mexico. Mr. Vaughan founded and is President of Pinto America Growth Fund, L.P. (PAGF). Mr. Vaughan was a Managing Principal of Zephyr Management, L.P. (Zephyr) focused on private equity investing in Mexico for the ZN Mexico Funds. He also managed private and public investments in various countries.
