Prior to joining the Intrawest team, Mr. Lucas was a Founding Partner of Pacshore Partners, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment company. He also served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director at Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc., from September 2007 to August 2009; as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Maguire Properties, Inc., from July 2002 to March 2007; as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Director of NorthStar Capital Investment Corp. from August 1998 to July 2002; and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Real Estate Equities Inc. from December 1993 to August 1998. Mr. Lucas began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company in 1984, leaving as an audit manager in 1993 to join Crescent. Mr. Lucas received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
