Mr. Kelly earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Mr. Kelly is licensed to practice law in California, New York and Washington D.C.
