GREGORY S. PROCTOR, JR., age 59, has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation since November 22, 2019. He also serves on the Trust Committee of the Bank. He provides collaborative leadership that champions the organization’s core mission, vision, values, strategic plans, and goals.  He formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of Old Line Bancshares and Old Line Bank since 2004, and he served as Vice-Chairman from 2017 to 2019. Steve is Founder, President, and CEO of G.S. Proctor & Associates, Inc., a government and private sector advocacy organization established in 1995. With offices in the District of Columbia, Annapolis, Upper Marlboro, and National Harbor, Maryland, G.S. Proctor & Associates is the largest minority-owned lobbying firm in Maryland and is consistently ranked as one of the top advocacy firms in the region. G.S.
