Wynnstay is a 108-year-old, leading UK supplier of agricultural products and services, supporting farmers and rural communities nationwide . Founded in 1917 as a farmers’ co-operative and listed on AIM since 2004, Wynnstay has a proven track record of delivering consistent returns and rising dividends. In 2025, we launched Wynnstay Strategy Genesis, a five-year plan focused on growth, innovation, and sustainable value creation. This builds on Project Genesis, introduced in 2024, which strengthened operational efficiency and created a robust foundation for transformation. Today, Wynnstay combines heritage with forward-thinking execution, positioning the Group as a trusted partner to British agriculture. Our scale, category leadership, and integrated distribution network enable us to deliver value for customers, colleagues, and shareholders, while driving innovation and sustainability across the UK farming sector. Our feed milling operations are renowned for their manufacturing scale, technical expertise, and excellent route to market. Wynnstay specialises in livestock compound feeds and blends for the dairy, sheep, beef, and poultry sectors. Wynnstay has an unrivalled route to market, supported through its network of retail stores, manufacturing sites, on farm advisers, trading desks, and digital platforms. This integrated model enables efficient distribution, customer reach, and technical support across multiple agricultural sectors. The Group is a leading manufacturer and distributor across its seven core categories: Feed, Arable (including seed and fertiliser), Milk Powder, Harvest Products, Animal Health, Low Moisture Blocks, and Nutritional Supplements. These capabilities underpin Wynnstay’s role as a key supplier to UK farming businesses. Our Wynnstay stores connect farming needs with a broader range of rural retail services, providing farm inputs alongside a wider range of rural supplies, including hardware, DIY, and pet products. This breadth of offering positions the Group as a trusted partner to farm enterprises and rural households across its operating regions. Through GrainLink, our grain marketing arm, we provide arable farmers with a trusted route to market, supported by Wynnstay’s integrated supply chain and trading expertise. The Arable Division specialises in fertiliser blending and is recognised as the second largest blender in the UK, operating commercially under the Glasson brand. Our state-of-the-art seed cleaning plant enables us to supply a wide range of high-quality seeds to farmers nationwide, and we are proud to be regarded as one of the largest grass seed producers in the UK. Wynnstay is committed to partnering with farmers across Great Britain, driven by a clear purpose to support UK food security through a reliable, safe, and sustainable supply chain. We help provide stability in rural communities through responsible investment and by creating job security for many in these areas. As both a custodian for our communities and an incubator for growth in the farming supply chain, we have delivered healthy, long-term returns on the investments our stakeholders have made in Wynnstay for over a century.
