John North Biography and Net Worth

Mr. North serves on the XPEL Board of Directors (“Board”) since joining in August 2023. Until September 2024, Mr. North served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Lazydays Holdings, Inc., a U.S. based public corporation and a retailer of recreational vehicles, since joining in September 2022. Prior to joining Lazydays, between 2020 and 2022, Mr. North served as Chief Financial Officer of Copart, Inc., a global reseller of automobiles and member of S&P 500. Previously, between 2017 and 2020, Mr. North served as the Chief Financial Officer of two Fortune 500 public companies: Avis Budget Group, Inc., and Lithia Motors, Inc., the largest automotive retailer in the United States. Prior to serving as Chief Financial Officer, North held various finance, accounting, tax, investor relations and treasury leadership positions. Mr. North earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder. Mr. North serves as Chair of the Board’s Compensation Committee and a member of the Board’s Audit Committee.
