He also served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary of 8x8 from April 2019, with responsibility for the Company’s global legal efforts focused on corporate, litigation, employment, procurement, and compliance.
Prior to joining 8x8, Larry held senior legal positions at Extreme Networks, a network equipment company, and TiVo Corporation (and its predecessor TiVo, Inc.), a maker of digital entertainment devices and content aggregation, discovery, and recommendation engines, and was an associate at the law firms of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Morrison Foerster LLP.
Larry holds a J.D. from the Columbia School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
