Prior to joining 8x8, Larry held senior legal positions at Extreme Networks, a network equipment company, and TiVo Corporation (and its predecessor TiVo, Inc.), a maker of digital entertainment devices and content aggregation, discovery, and recommendation engines, and was an associate at the law firms of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Morrison Foerster LLP.
Larry holds a J.D. from the Columbia School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
