In that role, Jimmy brought innovation to clients, attracted top talent and strengthened the company's impact in communities. He serves on the boards of the Global Apprenticeship Network (a Switzerland-based coalition dedicated to work-readiness programs), the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Woodruff Arts Center, the Atlanta Police Foundation, the Carter Center, and the Atlanta Area Council for the Boy Scouts of America.

Jimmy received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He remains active with his alma mater, serving as a trustee and member of Georgia Tech's Hill Society.
