Robert Jacks, Jr. Biography and Net Worth

Rob Jacks was named Chief Information Officer in December 2018 and is responsible for advancing Agilysys’ internal systems and information technology processes across the company. Rob recently served Vice President of Professional Services at Agilysys where he played a major role in building and delivering a high-caliber team of quality solution specialists that cater to the needs of Agilysys customers, enabling them to leverage maximum value of their customized Agilysys solutions.

Prior to joining Agilysys, Rob worked as a Senior IT Executive with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, software development, retail, telecommunications, gaming, as well as distribution and consulting sectors. He brings his reputation as a transformational and visionary executive that can build productive teams that develop and execute strategic plans to deploy complex solutions that provide a measurable return on investment. Rob serves as a part of casino and gambling executives organizations including, Tribal Net Board, University of Oklahoma CMISS, IBM Business Analytics Advisory Board, the International Association of Gaming Advisors and The Gaming and Leisure Board.

He is the recipient of multiple awards for his contributions including: The Premier 100 Information Technology Leader 2009 - Computer World Magazine; the 2011, 2012, & 2013 IBM Business Champion - Business Analytics; and the 2011 Ventana Research Leadership Award. Rob has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Montevallo as well as an MBA from Samford University.
