Mr. Tony Zhao is our founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Mr. Zhao founded our company in November 2013. From December 2009 to March 2015, Mr. Zhao served as a director of YY, Inc. (recently renamed JOYY Inc.), a video-based social network listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Mr. Zhao also served as chief technology officer of YY, Inc. from October 2008 to December 2013. Prior to joining YY, Inc., Mr. Zhao founded NeoTasks, LLC in 2004 and served as its chairman and chief technology officer until 2008. From 1997 to 2004, he served as a senior engineer at WebEx Communications Inc. where he was responsible for developing audio and video calling functions and designing backend architecture. Mr. Zhao received a bachelor’s degree in radio and electronics from Peking University in 1992.
