Michael L. Moehn became executive vice president, CFO, Ameren Corp., and president of Ameren Services on Dec. 2, 2019. In this role, Moehn is responsible for all aspects of Ameren's financial affairs including Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Internal Audit. He also oversees Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Enterprise Risk Management, Digital Information Technology, Supply Chain and Corporate Nuclear Oversight, amongst other functions. As CFO, Moehn oversees capital allocation and capital market activities.

Moehn was elected president of Ameren Missouri on April 1, 2014. He was responsible for Missouri's largest energy provider serving more than 1.2 million electric and natural gas customers across central and eastern Missouri, including the greater St. Louis area.  

Moehn joined Ameren as assistant controller in June 2000. In 2002, he was promoted to vice president, Ameren Energy Resources. Moehn was named vice president for Corporate Planning in 2004. Four years later he was promoted to senior vice president for Corporate Planning and Business Risk Management. In January 2012, he was named senior vice president of Customer Operations for Ameren Illinois, and in July 2012 was named senior vice president of Customer Operations for Ameren Missouri.

Before joining Ameren, Moehn worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Moehn holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Saint Louis University, a master's degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and a certificate in Nuclear Reactor Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a certified public accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an Eisenhower Fellow.

Moehn is dedicated to serving the needs of his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Christian Hospital, Concordance Academy of Leadership, Lewis & Clark Community College Foundation, the Urban League, and the United Way of Greater St. Louis.
