Tunç Doluca has 40 years of executive leadership and technical experience in the semiconductor industry. He retired in August 2021 as the president and CEO of Maxim Integrated, Inc.  In his 37-year career at Maxim, he held a variety of management positions, including leading R&D and serving as group president of its portable, computing and instrumentation electronics business units. He has designed over 40 products and held 11 mixed-signal design patents.

In 2017, Mr. Doluca served as chairman of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) board, and in 2018, received a Hunger Hero Award by Second Harvest Food Bank, recognizing exceptional level of commitment to hunger relief in Silicon Valley. In May 2019, he released the book “Maximum Impact” which tells the story of the early days of Maxim, its founding CEO, and Silicon Valley. In addition to serving on Analog Devices’ Board of Directors, Mr. Doluca holds board positions with SIA and Western Digital.
