Prior to that, from 2002 to 2018, Ms. Hasley was a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP, working first in the firm’s New York office and later in London, where she advised on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other transactions within the insurance and reinsurance industries. Ms. Hasley brings extensive legal and industry experience, which we believe makes her well qualified to serve on our Board of Directors.
