Most recently, Harit was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he founded and led Marcus by Goldman Sachs, building the global consumer platform from the ground up and forging partnerships with major tech and consumer brands. Previously, he was President of U.S. Cards and Chief Marketing Officer at Discover Financial Services, where he helped grow market share and brand recognition. He also held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, overseeing international consumer banking, and at Citibank in his early career.
