James C. Katzman is the former Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, for GE Aerospace, a world-leading provider of jet and turboprop engines, as well as integrated systems for commercial, military, business and general aviation aircraft, having served in this position from October 2021 until his retirement in December 2025. . He previously served as a partner of Goldman Sachs and was the Head of M&A for the West Region, based in San Francisco, and prior to that was based in New York.

Mr. Katzman also serves as a trustee for the Milton Hershey School and Hershey Trust Company, San Francisco Ballet, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix. In addition, he is on the Advisory Board for the Program for Financial Studies at Columbia Business School, where he guest lectures on financial topics. Mr. Katzman received an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a Merit Fellow, and an AB from Dartmouth College. Mr. Katzman joined the Board of Directors in January 2018 and is the Vice-Chair of the Audit Committee of the Company and has been designated as an Audit Committee Financial Expert, and serves on the Governance & Nominating Committee.
