In that role, he identified and implemented improvement opportunities to grow the business, improve productivity and reduce cost. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer at Ariel Investments.

Tom received a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, and a Master's in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
