David Tobias is the chairman, president, CEO, and secretary at Cannabis Sativa, Inc., as well as the president and secretary for its subsidiary, Wild Earth Naturals, Inc.

Cannabis Sativa, which Tobias formed in 2014, has three main offerings: telemedicine, contract manufacturing and packaging of hemp and CBD products, and brand development and marketing for industry products and services.

Previously, Tobias was the co-founder and president of Hemp, Inc., and the director and vice president for Medical Marijuana, Inc. where he played an instrumental role in its merger with CannaBank. He also worked as a sales manager at Xcite Homes, a custom builder out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Tobias currently serves on the boards of MJ Harvest and Cannabis Sativa. He previously sat on the boards of EM Energy Inc. and Medican Enterprises.
