Victoria Creamer joined Charles River in January 2019 as Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, and was promoted to Corporate Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer in October 2020. In this role, Ms. Creamer leads the Company’s global Human Resources (HR) organization. She is responsible for providing vision and leadership for the Company’s talent and workforce strategy initiatives. Ms. Creamer has also co-authored several papers on the subject of customer satisfaction, purchase intentions, profitability, and employee satisfaction, which have been presented at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology conferences.

Ms. Creamer received a Master of Arts degree in Psychometrics from Fordham University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hartwick College.
