Aaron J. Kuehne has served as chief operating officer since January 2022 and as executive vice president since March 2021. Prior to becoming COO, Mr. Kuehne served as CFO, secretary, and treasurer of Clarus from 2013 – 2021. Since joining the Company in 2010, he has also held the roles of Chief Administrative Officer, interim CFO, and vice president of finance. Prior to Clarus, Mr. Kuehne served as the corporate controller of Certiport from August 2009 to September 2010 and worked at KPMG LLC from July 2004 to August 2009. Mr. Kuehne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business in 2002 and with an M.B.A. degree from University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business in 2004. The company was formerly known as Black Diamond, Inc. and changed its name to Clarus Corporation in August 2017. The company was founded in 1957 and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
