Francis (Fran) J. Kramer serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Kramer joined the Company in 1983, served as its President from 1985 to 2007, its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to November 2014, and its Chairman and CEO from November 2014 to September 2016. He now serves as the Company’s Chairman of the Board. Mr. Kramer holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.S. degree in Industrial Administration from Purdue University. Mr. Kramer served as a director of Barnes Group Inc., an aerospace and industrial manufacturing company, from 2012 to September 2016.
