He also played a leading role in reestablishing company-wide focus on cybersecurity governance by partnering with Verizon’s Chief Security Officer to establish the Enterprise Security Council, which provided enterprise-wide oversight of cybersecurity and IT risk.
Mr. Sanders currently serves on the board of directors of Danaher Corporation.
Mr. Sanders’ leadership experience spans a broad range of financial and operational areas including financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal audit, public reporting, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, public company governance, regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.
