He also played a leading role in reestablishing company-wide focus on cybersecurity governance by partnering with Verizon’s Chief Security Officer to establish the Enterprise Security Council, which provided enterprise-wide oversight of cybersecurity and IT risk.

Mr. Sanders currently serves on the board of directors of Danaher Corporation.
