Prior to joining Construction Partners, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Couch Construction and Superfos Construction U.S. Mr. Palmer has been principally involved in the acquisition and integration of approximately 60 companies during his time with Superfos Construction U.S. and Construction Partners. A Certified Public Accountant since 1975, Mr. Palmer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University.

The company was formerly known as SunTx CPI Growth Company, Inc. and changed its name to Construction Partners, Inc. in September 2017. Construction Partners, Inc. was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Dothan, Alabama.
