Business Experience: Stephen A. Van Oss has been a director of the Company since August 2008. Mr. Van Oss currently serves as an Operating Partner, Distribution for Gamut Capital Management, a New York based private equity firm. From 2009 until his retirement in December 2015, Mr. Van Oss served as senior vice president and chief operating officer and director of WESCO International, Inc., a supply chain solutions company. He served as a senior vice president and chief financial and administrative officer of WESCO from 2004 to 2009 and as vice president and chief financial officer of WESCO from 2000 to 2004. Prior to this, he served as WESCO’s director of information technology from 1997 to 2000 and as its director of acquisition management in 1997. In addition, the company offers fluid transfer systems, such as heater/coolant hoses, turbo charger hoses, charged air cooler ducts/assemblies, diesel particulate filter lines, secondary air hoses, degas tanks and deaerators, brake and clutch hoses, air intake and discharge systems, transmission oil cooling hoses, high temperature MLTs, and multilayer tubing for glycol thermal management.
