She is a certified iPEC executive coach and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. She is an executive sponsor for the Women’s Network, which serves the professional development of Core & Main women and the broader industry. In 2019, she was awarded the Top HR Award from the St. Louis Business Journal. In 2021, Schneider joined the Great Rivers Greenway Brickline Core Leadership Team, to help make the St. Louis region a more vibrant place to live, work and play.
