In 2002, Frommer launched NextGen Trading, a software development company building proprietary equity trading platforms; NextGen was later acquired by Carlin Financial Group for $10 million in 2004, at which point Frommer was named CEO of the combined entity.•In 2007, Mr. Frommer began his tenure as Managing Director of Global Prime Services at RBC Capital Markets following Carlin’s $100 million acquisition by RBC.
