Jennie is the Chief Commercial Officer at e.l.f. Beauty, with commercial responsibility for retail partnerships in over 15 countries globally.  Since joining e.l.f. in 2022, Jennie has seen significant commercial success, with e.l.f. cosmetics now a top ranking brand , both domestically and in key international markets.  Jennie and her team have expanded the brand in existing retailers while spearheading the successful new markets such as Italy and The Netherlands. A global sales and merchandising expert with over 25+ years’ experience in beauty and retail, Jennie was most recently at Morphe (Forma Brands), where she was Senior Vice President, Global Wholesale. During her tenure, Jennie elevated the organization’s capabilities as the business evolved from one brand to a multi-brand portfolio. She was instrumental in developing the strategy and execution, growing Morphe into a multi-million dollar wholesale business. Prior to Forma Brands, she served as the Vice President, Sales & Merchandising at Bare Minerals. She also spent over 9 years at The Body Shop focused on Global Product Management and Merchandising. Jennie holds a B.A. in Modern European Studies from Nottingham Trent University and lives in Marin County with her husband and 2 dogs, Murphy and Humphrey.
