Before that, he served as General Counsel to Gomez, Inc., where he helped negotiate a strategic merger with Compuware. Prior to Gomez, Mark held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Salary.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: SLRY), where he co-led the company’s 2007 IPO. He also has held the position of General Counsel with Viisage Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: VISG), and eRoom Technology, Inc., and was Associate General Counsel of Arthur D. Little, Inc. and Molten Metal Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLTN). Mark began his career at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Government from Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center.
