Mr. Fox served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of SHFL Entertainment, Inc., a global gaming supplier, from 2009 up until the company’s acquisition by Bally Technologies, Inc. in November 2013. It offers products for the casino, sports, entertainment, and hospitality industries. The company was formerly known as Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Everi Holdings Inc. in August 2015. Everi Holdings Inc. was founded in 1998 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
