Ahmad currently serves as the Managing Partner of Fenice Investment Group, a position he has held since 2017. He is the co-founder and has served on the Board of Directors of NexGen Power Systems Inc. and Dimension, since 2017 and 2018, respectively. Ahmad was also the transformation architect at Enphase Energy Inc. from 2017 to 2020. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of SunEdison from 2009 to 2016, which filed for bankruptcy. Prior to joining SunEdison, Ahmad served as Executive Vice President of the Memory and Imaging Division of Cypress from 2005 to 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.
