Formerly he also worked as an economist and analyst, with positions at Morgan Stanley and DeMatteo Monness.
Horihuela is trilingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) and graduated from the University of Chicago in 2009 with a BA in Economics. He was named to the Multichannel News 40 Under 40 list in 2016.
