Sally was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Communications and CEO Office and a member of the GSK Leadership Team (GLT) in March 2019.

She leads Communications and Government Affairs globally and is also the CEO’s Chief of Staff. In this role she led the development and embedding of GSK’s Ahead Together purpose, strategy and culture.

Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President, Office of the CEO and CFO where she supported development and implementation of strategy and co-led the integration team for GSK’s 2014/15 three-part transaction with Novartis. She previously served as Head of Investor Relations.

Sally joined the company in 2001 in Portfolio Analytics in R&D and holds a first-class degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
