Robyn Jones is the co-founder of Goosehead Insurance, America’s fastest-growing insurance agency. Additionally, she serves as vice chairman of the board.

Frustrated with her husband’s busy lifestyle, Jones started a property and casualty insurance agency in 2003. Her husband, Mark, left his consulting role at Bain in 2004 to join her. Together, they took Goosehead public in 2018.

Though she has stepped away from more active management roles, Jones continues to serve on the board, due to her founding role, her family’s position as Gooshead’s largest shareholder and her role in establishing and maintaining our company culture. The family owns around 46 percent of the $739 million business with nearly 1000 franchises (as of 2019).
