Mr. Gayner also serves on the board of the non-profit entity the Community Foundation of Richmond, and he is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Virginia Retirement System. Prior to joining the Company in 1990, Mr. Gayner was a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and a Vice President of Davenport & Company of Virginia.
