Kevin O'Connor Biography and Net Worth

Kevin O'Connor brings almost 40 years of banking experience to Hanover Bank, with a
distinguished career managing financial institutions and driving strategic growth throughout the
Long Island market. As a highly respected banking executive, Mr. O'Connor will leverage his deep
market knowledge, relationship-driven approach, and longstanding commitment to the region to
support Hanover Bank's continued expansion by strengthening client relationships, developing
new business opportunities, and advancing strategic initiatives across Long Island.

Prior to joining Hanover Bank, Mr. O'Connor served as Long Island Market President at Valley Bank.
Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Dime Community Bank, the successor organization to
Bridgehampton National Bank following the 2021 merger between the two institutions. Mr.
O'Connor also served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Bridgehampton National Bank
beginning in 2007, where he led the organization through a period of significant organic growth and
financial success. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive positions with North Fork Bank and
KPMG. In recognition of his leadership, he was named one of Long Island Business News' Top
CEOs.

Mr. O'Connor is actively involved in numerous business and community organizations. He serves
on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of HIA-LI and is an Executive Committee
member of the Board of Trustees for Suffolk County Community College. He also serves as Chair of
the Board of Directors of the Long Island chapter of Habitat for Humanity and is a board member of
United Veterans Beacon House and Pursuit Lending, a nonprofit community-focused lender.
Additionally, Mr. O'Connor is the former Long Island Chair and former New York State Chair of the
New York Bankers Association. Kevin is a graduate of Suffolk County Community College and
Adelphi University.
