Frank Lamberti is a proven global leader with over two decades of experience driving growth and innovation at Herbalife. As chief commercial officer, he leads the company’s commercial strategy – overseeing various functions, including sales, strategy, marketing and corporate communications, as well as the success of both Herbalife Independent Distributors and customers around the world.
Since joining Herbalife in 2005, Frank has held a wide range of senior leadership roles spanning finance, operations, regional management and executive strategy. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer, a role in which he led global operations, product marketing, business analytics, training, education, digital initiatives and technology services. He also served as regional president of the Americas, managing all business, sales and marketing functions across North, Central and South America.
Earlier in his Herbalife career, Frank was executive vice president of Distributor and customer experience, as well as chief of staff, coordinating the work of the executive committee and the board. He also led the development of tools and initiatives that enhanced the Distributor and customer experience across global markets.
Frank’s foundation at Herbalife began in finance – starting as vice president of financial planning and investor relations, in which role he built the function from the ground up. Over time, he led strategic planning, pricing, forecasting and business development, as well as global Distributor ethics and compliance across more than 90 markets. His international leadership also includes serving as managing director for North Asia, working with local teams and Distributor leaders in markets such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Before joining Herbalife, Frank held leadership roles in finance and operations at companies such as Sunbeam, DHL, Rexall Sundown, Precision Response Corporation and Blockbuster Entertainment.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University and brings a collaborative approach to leadership that supports Herbalife’s mission of improving lives through better nutrition and a strong global community.
