Paul Heller is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Operations Officer, and has held this role since joining Huntington Bank in 2012. Heller is responsible for leading the bank’s direction for information technology, digital, operations, customer contact center and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining Huntington, he served as managing director at JP Morgan Chase for the corporate internet group with previous experience as chief technology officer for retail banking. Heller began his career in 1988 at Andersen Consulting specializing in financial services. During that time, he worked in New York, Phoenix and London, England, on strategy, operations and technology projects.

Active in the Central Ohio community, Heller is a board member of Catholic Social Services, a member of the board of trustees for the Center of Science and Industry (COSI), and a board member of the Columbus Collaboratory, a rapid innovation and insights partnership that focuses on delivering business value through advanced analytics and cyber security solutions.

Heller earned his bachelor’s from Miami University of Ohio and his master’s in business administration in finance from The Ohio State University, Fisher School of Business.
