Mayo A. Shattuck III is a member of our board of directors. He previously served as a director of US Bitcoin Corp and has served on our board of directors since the consummation of the merger of Hut 8 Mining Corp. with US Bitcoin Corp.

From February 2012 to April 2022, Shattuck served as Chairman of Exelon, a Fortune 250 company and the largest energy delivery company in the United States. From March 2012 to February 2013, he served as the Executive Chairman of the board of Exelon. Before the merger of Exelon and Constellation Energy, a Fortune 200 company and the largest producer of carbon-free energy in the United States, Shattuck was Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Office of Constellation from October 2001 to February 2012. Earlier in his career, Shattuck served as Chairman and CEO of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and as Global Head of Investment Banking and Global Head of Private Banking.

Shattuck previously served as Chairman of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operators and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of the Edison Electric Institute and the Nuclear Energy Institute. He was also Co-Chairman of the Center for Strategic & International Studies Commission on Nuclear Policy in the United States and Executive Committee member of the Council on Competitiveness.

Shattuck has served on the board of directors of Gap Inc. since 2002 as Board Chair and on the board of directors of Capital One Financial Corporation since 2003.

Shattuck holds a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he graduated with Arjay Miller Scholar distinction.
