Carrie A. Lachance who joined the Company in September 2010 was elected to the Board on May 18, 2021. Ms. Lachance has held multiple positions with the Company and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in May 2025. Before that she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since March 2021.
